No. Our role is not that of an intermediary. We provide a service in China. You can pay suppliers directly or we can handle payments through our company if necessary. Either way, the workflow stays transparent — clear terms, traceable records, and no hidden layers.
No. We don’t have any ready-made catalogs, since we are not resellers and we don’t represent any factory. We aim to fit what you actually need — not to offer what is convenient for us. The scope of our work is built around a specific task, with clear requirements and details.
Yes, we can provide end-to-end support and assist with your supplier.
Yes. Remote pre-checks (initial supplier/product overview), factory visits, supplier background checks, and product inspections are available as separate services.
Yes. Supplier / product sourcing and quote & price checks are available as separate services.
Whether it’s a big purchase or just a small need, we work with any volume, as long as it makes sense and is reasonable for you.
Product quality ultimately depends on the supplier. We are accountable for the process we manage and the agreed scope of work, but not for what we do not manufacture or sell — or for assumptions that were not verified.
No. We are not a logistics company or freight forwarder. If export is part of the task, we can arrange export from China via logistics partners and support coordination up to export handover.
