Agent “Basic” — sourcing not included.
You already have suppliers sourced and approved. I act as your manager in China and handle the China-side scope of work.
Agent “End-to-End” — sourcing included.
You specify the items and I manage the rest on the China-side. Hands-on management from start to finish.
In both cases, you have a single point of contact on the ground in China. I can act as your purchasing agent and seller of record (if required).
